ELDER QUALIFICATIONS TEST
This is a wonderful tool available to help you evaluate your character and spiritual maturity. This test is used by our association of churches to evaluate potential pastors. Test yourself and make copies to get input from others. It is a great tool to give yourself a sense of direction for growing spiritually. View the test.
