If you want to have your announcement or flyer available at the weekend service, you must complete and send this form BEFORE 3:00 pm Tuesday.
If you would like a flyer for some other event, you must submit this form at least four working days before you need the flyer. This does not include professionally printed flyers.
In the case that the office is closing early for a holiday, this form must be in earlier - allow for four business days.
A bulletin item for a particular topic can run for no longer than four weekends in a row. You must wait at least 2 weekends before you submit one again.
Unless the event is mainly for outreach purposes, the flyer will be designed according to our flyer template and not done by the graphic designer. The purpose for these template flyers should be to provide more information (such as directions) than the announcement in the bulletin.
We do not insert flyers into the bulletins, unless special permission has been given. Contact the office for more information on this.
Please include ALL pertinent information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts.
If you would like to include graphics or special items, those must be submitted at the same time as the flyer request. Email those to office@evergreencc.com.
Don't forget to include important info such as dates, times, locations, contact info, title of event, etc.
We reserve the right to modify your content for grammar, style, clarity and concise wording.
Do not submit "rough drafts". Changes are difficult to make after the design has already begun. Changes that are due to uncontrollable circumstances are understandable; but we may not honor changes due to poor planning or "evolving" concepts.

You must be a Ministry Leader or Pastor to submit a Bulletin Info/Flyer request. If you are not a Ministry Leader you must get approval from a Pastor. If you want this at a location other than your own, you must get approval from a pastor at that location. Enter the name(s) of the pastor(s) who have given you approval in the box below.
