Our church mission is to attract the world to Christ by reproducing fully devoted followers. (Visit our Attract the World to Christ website for resources on evangelism and outreach.) We pursue our church mission globally by partnering with churches in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Germany, Honduras, Mexico and Venezuela. We have also organized trips to Africa where we help Christian missions organizations in Kenya. Through short term mission (STM) trips God has allowed us to see tremendous positive results in overseas church growth and depth. While the time spent overseas is brief, between 10 and 20 days, our goal is to make a long-term impact for the international host church, for each STM participant, and for the US sending church.
You don't have to be a Gospel-sharing super star to go on our mission trips and you don't have to be an experienced jet-setting globe trotter. Our preparation for STM trips includes training in cross-cultural awareness as well as preparation for sharing the Gospel and telling your own personal faith story.
Our STM trips engage in a variety of projects such as building a church structure, providing disaster relief and medical assistance, community service and education projects, and recreational outreach activities. As we do these projects we fit in some time to share the Gospel as well as our personal testimony of God's work in our life. Although we are mission-focused quite a bit during the trip, we do take some time to relax with the local church people and even fit in some local tourist attractions. We invite you to consider joining us for one of our exciting and fulfilling STM trips.
