There can be several issues involved if you are not receiving church emails:

1. We use a double opt-in system.  You will get an email asking you to click on a link to confirm your desire to receive emails.  You must do this in order to start getting emails from us.  Additions and changes also require this.
   
   
2. The emails may be getting caught in your spam folder.  Since we send out a large number of emails they can sometimes be seen as spam.  Our locations use 3 email addresses to send out emails:  news@evergreencc.com, news@rockthechurch.com, news@theurbanrefuge.com.  You should whitelist these addresses.
   
   
3. We may have the wrong email address in our system.  Please go to our website and then to "Email Settings" to get a link where you can see if you are in our system.
   
   
4. We have a lot of email lists.  Some of them don't send out regular emails.
   
   
5. If you signed up in our system before Nov. 5, 2009 and haven't gone back into our system and signed up again, you are not in.  We had a significant system crash and, unfortunately, our email database was lost.
