What Kind of Support Can I Get Here?
What to expect for support at the Evergreen/Urban Refuge/The Rock online HelpDesk.

We offer a few different types of support at our HelpDesk:

  • Staff/Volunteer technical support - staff and volunteers who need to use our network system and our web sites can login and request support tickets.  These tickets will take priority over others.
  • General ECC systems support - If you are having trouble with our online forms, the web sites, getting ECC emails or using our reservation system, you can submit a ticket here.
  • General Knowledgebase articles - We will, at times, update this site with articles describing common web, computer and software issues and solutions.  These solutions are provided for your information only and any solutions you would like to attempt are at your own risk.

Please know that we cannot provide personal technical assistance to non-staff personnel.
